	Career

I graduated with a masters degree in humanities and social sciences from Kochi University and then enrolled in a doctorate degree course at Tsukuba University. In September 2007 I joined the Lake Biwa Museum.

1. Environmental sociology research into the relationships between nature and humans.
2. Water facilities of lakeshore areas.
3. Utilization of nature and environmental preservation of lakeshores.
